Human Resources, ICT and Organisational Development

To support the Council's strategic and service priorities, Human Resources and Organisational Development (HR and OD) provide professional advice to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practice while ICT aims to deliver a secure ICT infrastructure that maximises the ICT investment.

The main functions of HR and OD include a professional advisory service, corporate employment administration function, payroll, corporate communications, corporate health and safety and organisational development.  ICT provides procurement of systems/services, provision of equipment, implementation of solutions and compliance and support for applications and infrastructure.
