Parking in a Pedestrian Area
If you need to park within the pedestrianised areas of High Street and Batchen Street, Elgin, or the restricted areas of Commerce Street, Thunderton Place and Batchen Lane, Elgin, you must apply for permission and submit your application with the correct fee (Word).
Please allow at least five working days for us to process and issue the permit.
