Compulsory Purchase Order 2022
Moray Council (Lossiemouth to East Beach Replacement Footbridge) Compulsory Purchase Order 2022 (“the Order”)
On 27 June 2022 Moray Council made the above mentioned Compulsory Purchase Order which affects the land described in the Order and shown on the Map. The Order was confirmed by the Scottish Ministers on 3 October 2022 and shall take effect on 14 October 2022. Persons entitled to claim compensation in respect of any interest in the land are invited to give information with respect to their name and address and the land and their interest therein on the prescribed form, available below, to be submitted to Legal Services, Moray Council, PO Box 6760, Elgin, IV30 9BX.

Any person aggrieved by the Order has 6 weeks from 14 October 2022 to challenge the validity of the Order by making an application to the Court of Session.
