Customers wanting to pay by cash will be issued with a plastic card that can be used at any Post Office or PayPoint outlet. Look for these logos.

You will need to complete a mandate and send it on to your bank. To obtain a mandate, please telephone the Customer Contact Centre on 01343 563456. You will be responsible for telling your bank or building society the amount to pay and must do this each time it changes.
