About Online Payments

Online Payments are the easy way to manage payment of the bills and invoices that you receive from the Council at a time which is convenient for you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

To make a payment online, all you need is a note of your bill account number or invoice reference and a valid credit or debit card. A 1.8% charge on the value of all payments made by credit card is applicable. Debit card payments are not charged.

We currently only accept payments made by the following cards:

  • Visa credit card
  • Visa Delta debit card
  • Visa Electron debit card
  • Lloyds TSB/Barclays debit card
  • Maestro debit card
