The Moray Registration service is responsible for the registration of births, marriages and deaths as well as issuing certificates for Moray. We conduct civil marriage ceremonies, including civil partnerships and marriages in licensed premises. We also manage citizenship ceremonies, lair purchase, certificate copies and ancestry research.

Replacement Birth, Death and Marriage Certificates

You can order a replacement birth, death or marriage certificate through our online ordering service.

Tell Us Once - Deaths

All deaths need to be registered with the registrar and it may be necessary to contact other organisations. With the 'Tell Us Once' service, we can make life easier for you by telling the people who need to know on your behalf.
