Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages
The Moray Registration service is responsible for the registration of births, marriages and deaths as well as issuing certificates for Moray. We conduct civil marriage ceremonies, including civil partnerships and marriages in licensed premises. We also manage citizenship ceremonies, certificate copies and ancestry research.
We operate an appointments based system for all registrations. The Office is open from 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Friday. If you would like to make an appointment please call 01343 554600 or email registrar@moray.gov.uk
